Whats The Difference Between These Two Panasonic Lcd Tv’s?

Looking on Amazon and a few other sites, these two TV’s look similar on paper, but there is no way of making a clear comparison as the specs never seems to be laid out similarly enough. Anyone know why there is such a price difference when the cheaper of the two DOES have freeview?
One is LCCD TX32LXD60, a 32″ Widescreen LCD screen TV around £750, and the other is TX-32LXD60 – 32″ Widescreen Viera HD Ready LCD TV – With Freeview around £600.

Apparently the 600 doesn’t have freeview and the 60 does.
You know this isn’t a full hd ready set? It only has 768 lines compared to the full hd ready sets which have 1080 lines
