We have a problem with our Panasonic LCD TV. It’s a 32-inch LCD TV (Model #TC-32lx600), with a Time Warner HD DVR Cable Box hooked in by HDMI cable. When TV turns on, the picture comes up flashing (like a strobe light effect), and the picture keeps moving up the screen like on old flim strip. Other connections like component did not work nor any other inputs like DVD Players and a PS3 (same effect). Please help or offer any suggestions rather than buy a new one or get it to a repair shop. Had this TV for 18 months.

If my TV is displaying a blue still image it will also burn into the screen for about a minute. The color on the TV is perfect. I just wish I could get rid of the blue. This happened right after changing the lamp, but I was told that they were not related. Can anyone google better than me?
